Victoria Sterling Mexican Necklace and Earrings Taxco
Here is a dynamic beautifully designed sterling necklace and earrings by renowned Mexican silver designer Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti, known as Victoria c1950. The necklace and earrings are both signed Victoria Sterling Mexico Taxco with the eagle #12 and design #62. The choker style necklace is quite heavy, weighing 65 grams and measures approximately 15”long and ½” wide and has a box style clasp. There are some mild surface scratches on the flat triangular silver pieces that are consistent with age and use. These are really insignificant but can be removed by any jewelry polisher but since many people prefer the original patina, I will leave that optional task to the new owner. The screw back earrings are ¾”long and ½”wide. Known for her mastery of technique and presentation, a Victoria piece would make a welcome additional to any Mexican jewelry collection.
