| Here is a beautiful Art Deco compact with Petit Point styled by Schildkraut in the 1940’s. It measures 2 ¾” long by 2 3/8” wide. The inside of this compact is in excellent condition with the exception of a small surface scratch on the inside lid but otherwise clean and never used. It has the original paper label on the mirror which reads Genuine Hand made Petit Point by SCHILDKRAUT 800 stitches to the square inch. It has the original powder puff pad but no powder inside the powder lid. The top of the compact has a spectacular floral petit point design against a black and cream colored background and the bottom is brushed brass. It comes in the original dust jacket marked Styled By Schildkraut The compact is in excellent vintage condition with no dents or discoloration of any kind. It looks as though this compact has never been used and stored carefully for many years. | ||||||||
