Here is a smashing and shimmering Hobe brooch dating to the 1940’s. As with most Hobe pieces of this style, the unfoiled, multi faceted red, pink and clear open backed and bezel set crystals reflect the light and dazzle the eye. All stones are surrounded by decorative filigree designs of gilt wire. It measures 2 ¼” long and 2” wide at its highest point.
