Here is a dramatic and bold sterling Mexican Hinged bracelet that is marked Sterling Made in Mexico, does not bear the eagle mark and therefore dates to the 30s or early 40s. It measures a generous 2 at the widest, narrows to 1 and has an inner diameter of 2 Ό. It consists of a large center turquoise stone measuring Ύ by ½ and 4 smaller turquoise stones measuring ½ by 3/8 each. Here is a stunning Mexican Sterling bracelet designed by well known Mexican artist JJ in the 1940s. It measures 7 ½ long by Ύ high. It is quite heavy, weighing 2lbs 4 ounces. It has a box lock that closes firmly and a safety chain as well. It is marked Sterling Taxco 925 with the initials JJ. The design is Art Deco with geometric circles, swirls and 3D silver balls that are repeated throughout. A beautiful handcrafted piece of jewelry to be worn for a lifetime.

A dynamic and truly modernist sterling hinged bracelet designed by Mexican jewelry master Sigi Pineda. Signed Sterling Hecho en Mexico SIGI TASCO Eagle 36 and design # 444. This is a hinged cuff bracelet, comfortable on a small wrist. The inside oval diameter measures 2 Ό x 1 Ύ. It is set with a tear drop of brownish gray agate measuring 1x 3/8. Here is an absolutely beautiful pair of sterling silver repousse art nouveau cufflinks that probably date from the late 19th c. to the early 20th c. The photos do not do them justice. They measure ½ long by 3/8 high. The shank measures Ύ long by Ό high. Each cufflink is marked Sterling and has a flowing art nouveau repousse design. These beautiful cufflinks may be small in size but big in design with delicate and swirling repousse work, so typical of the Art Nouveau period.

Alfredo Villasana was an artist silversmith who worked for Spratling and Hector Aguilar in the 1940s and 50s before going out on his own. This dynamic and weighty sterling bracelet is hallmarked, signed Sterling 925 Mexico Villasana Taxco and weighs a generous 1 ounce 6 grams. It is hinged with a safety chain and is in excellent vintage condition with only some light surface wear, visible under magnification and consistent with age and use.
